Mesa

Welcome to Mesa

Distinguished communities with a fascinating history

The history of the area is complex and fascinating. Mesa’s story begins with the prehistoric Hohokam people. They farmed the land and engineered a complex, hand-dug irrigation canal that spanned over 110,000 acres, the largest in prehistoric history. The rich soil of Mesa is perfect for farming and has been a well-sought-after community for centuries. The city has doubled in population nearly every decade and continues to grow. It’s now the third largest city in Arizona just behind Tucson and is the 36th largest in the United States. While the community is expanding, the area maintains a small-town charm with a thriving community bond.

Mesa has well-rounded amenities. Residents have easy access to everything a large city has to offer, quiet and cozy suburbs for peaceful living, and an abundance of events to enjoy. The community is surrounded by bountiful nature, thriving businesses, and plenty of shopping.
