I’m Denise Hurd, a luxury real estate specialist serving Metro Phoenix, including Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and nearby communities. With over 30 years of experience, I help buyers and sellers feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout the process—whether they’re moving up, scaling down, or making a lifestyle change.

I work with luxury homes, custom builds, estate properties, and both resale and new construction. I also help clients navigate both upgrades and downgrades from their current homes, making sure each move fits their goals, timing, and budget. I’m known for paying attention to the details, communicating clearly, and keeping things moving smoothly—especially when transactions get complex.

I’m proud to be a RE/MAX Hall of Fame member, a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, and an AI-certified real estate agent, along with holding several additional real estate and design designations. I combine decades of experience with modern tools and technology to better serve my clients.
