As an experienced full-time Realtor® in Arizona for over 20 years, Denise is prepared for all the ups and downs of the changing Real Estate market. She truly loves her job and values it as the most rewarding and challenging career one could choose! Buying or real estate can be a stressful and intimidating process for everyone, and Denise believes communication and immediate response with her clients is imperative to make the experience not only successful but rewarding as well!
 
Being a CRS, Certified Residential Specialist, is one of Denise's proudest accomplishments. It's the real estate industry's most advanced 'degree' and assures that you're working with one of the top professionals in the Real Estate business. Only 3% of all Realtors® nationwide hold this designation. Denise also holds the designations of GRI, Graduate of the Realtor® Institute, ABR, Accredited Buyers Representative, and CLSS, Certified Land Sales Specialist. Having Moderator and Facilitator for her local Board of Realtors® Luxury Home Tours for more than four years, she has gained extensive knowledge and insight into the luxury market. As a member of the Gilbert and Eloy Chambers of Commerce, she has been involved with local businesses and growth.
